So...I think I'm going to make this post a regular feature, I did one last month on all the different nail styles and colours I wore for the month, and here it is again.
The first is an oldie, but a goodie - it's by Crisnail which is a Spanish brand and I've had it for about 2 years. I've really been into the darker rose/cream colours lately, probably because of the inbetween weather! It's a lovely, thick polish and this is a two coat job! Available here.
The second is by L'Oreal - I have actually started a little (well, massive) love affair/obsession with these little L'Oreal polishes; they are the most durable and chip resistant polishes I've ever used (yes, EVER). I usually apply 2-3 coats on as I love the consistency when I layer it up. The colours are so milky which suits my complexion. I seriously cannot stress how durable they are! Avail here.
The third and fourth pictures are a day to night photo. This is such a party time colour due to the sparkles and the deep, rich blue colour. This is a perfect Jubillee celebration nail colour! It's very noticeable and in your face, which is fab if that is the look you're going for! Superdrug are doing a 3 for 2 on them, available here.
Excuse the foot shot please; it looked too nice not to showcase! I don't usually find Essie polishes in Boots but when I went to Sheffield and saw it I went a little crazy. It's a sexy magenta pink colour, perfect for a little peep toe heel! Avail here.
Another Essie colour with two pictures showing how different it looks in the sun and in the shade; it has hints of orange in the bright sunlight, however, in the dark it's a deep and mysterious red. Available here.
Pastel Trend alert!! This is an NYC product that I purchased from Paris, it's such a thick and rich result after only one coat, YES... one coat people! Love. It's a vibrant lavender colour which is available from Superdrug.
Finally, another Essie colour (your 3 for 2 fix!) which is from the wedding collection; its a sheer lilac polish with micro glitter. I was actually on Bond Street today and was offered a complimentary manicure which I duly accepted so this is where I spotted it... I was so drawn to this colour and did not intially notice that it had a sheen to it until I saw it really up close; I normally stay away from colours with such shine as it reminds me of the 80s but this one was so feminine and soft that I thought I'd try it anyway. Two coats created this look, one coat looked really subtle and pretty too. Available here.
What colours would you recommend for next time? What are your current faves?
